script (v1)

SkillDev tools

gws-script lets your AI manage Google Apps Script projects. Once added, your AI can create new projects, read and update existing ones, and run them from the command line, so Apps Script work gets done without you handling each step.

Available today. Use it from your connected AI after setup.

After adding gws-script, ask your AI to open or create an Apps Script project and tell it what you want to change or run.

Then ask your AI: use the script (v1) skill

What your AI can do with it

  • Create new Google Apps Script projects
  • Read the contents of existing Apps Script projects
  • Update Apps Script projects with changes
  • Run Apps Script projects

What this skill tells your AI

The instructions your AI receives, as published by googleworkspace/cli in skills/gws-script/SKILL.md and read by ahel’s review.

PREREQUISITE: Read ../gws-shared/SKILL.md for auth, global flags, and security rules. If missing, run gws generate-skills to create it.
