Steps

   • Assess whether the performance reflects virtuous leadership
   • Determine if it represents peak moral achievement

5. Draw Political Conclusions

   • Connect musical qualities to governance
   • Predict state outcomes based on musical character
   • Identify signs of decline or prosperity
