Focus on:

• action-verb-first bullet structure with outcome attached
• keyword alignment with target role or industry without keyword stuffing
• ATS-friendly formatting: clean sections, no tables/graphics, standard headings
• summary or objective tailored to target role, not generic
• skills section organized by relevance, not exhaustive listing
• consistency in tense, date format, punctuation, and spacing
• removal of filler phrases, cliches, and unsubstantiated claims
• education and certification presentation that supports the narrative

Quality checks:

• verify every bullet includes a measurable result or concrete outcome
• confirm no claims exceed what the original content supports
• check date continuity and progression logic across roles
• ensure summary reflects the target role, not the past role
• validate keyword density matches the job description when provided
• flag sections that need user input to complete (missing metrics, gaps)
• confirm formatting is consistent throughout the document
